Route 66 Festival Triathlon
Details
This historic race is as traditional as they come, the festival features: an Aquathlon and Youth Aquathlon on Friday, Olympic and Sprint distance triathlons and an Olympic distance duathlon and aquabike on Saturday.
Join us on Friday night for a short splash n’ dash. This is an excellent way to get a practice swim in the lake before the races on Saturday.
The water in Lake El Reno is usually wetsuit legal, so be sure to bring a wetsuit if you want to. Water temps will be measured before the race and wetsuit legality will be called on race morning.
The Sprint Triathlon will include a special high school division, with entry at a special discounted rate. High school athletes must be of high school age and be able to prove that they are currently enrolled in high school or a home school equivalent.
