Based in Norman, Oklahoma, we’ve timed events across the state and beyond. We don’t limit ourselves to Oklahoma—we love to travel and bring our expertise wherever the race takes us.
With many years of combined experience in race timing and event management, our team knows how to create a smooth, energetic, and fun start/finish line atmosphere. For the past 8+ years, we’ve proudly operated our own timing company, helping race directors and participants enjoy seamless race-day experiences.

Debbie Uglean
Born and raised in Oklahoma, Debbie Uglean is a proud Okie with a lifelong passion for service and leadership. With extensive experience in public relations, program and project management, marketing, promotions, and fundraising, Debbie has made a lasting impact through her work with organizations such as the Combined Federal Campaign, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, Habitat for Humanity, Kiwanis Club, Special Olympics, Leaders of Tomorrow, and numerous other boards and committees.
Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Science in Management from Southern Nazarene University. Her academic foundation, combined with decades of hands-on leadership, has equipped her to drive meaningful change and build strong community partnerships.

Tom Uglean
Tom Uglean is a proud "Cal Okie," having made the move from California to Oklahoma to attend college. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Management Information Systems, Tom brings a sharp technical mind and a hands-on approach to everything he does.
With extensive leadership and Board of Director experience, Tom has dedicated years to mentoring youth as a Boy Scout leader, playing a key role in guiding several Scouts to achieve the rank of Eagle Scout. His commitment to community and mentorship is matched by his knack for solving complex problems—earning him a reputation for "MacGyver-like" ingenuity, especially when it comes to race data and timing equipment. From sticky situations to laugh-out-loud race day mishaps, Tom’s resourcefulness keeps things running smoothly.
Outside of the tech tent, Tom is an avid cyclist with a passion for enduro and downhill mountain biking. Whether he's navigating rugged trails or fine-tuning timing systems, Tom brings energy, precision, and a whole lot of heart to the team
