We have over 20 years of combined timing and race experience. We have what we feel is the best of the best timing equipment and a lot of technical and scoring expertise, arches, feather flags, tents, a sound system with wireless mics and playlists, an equipment trailer with all of the equipment for the start/finish line, the willingness to travel, and the belief that a fun and well-organized event will definitely bring the participants to your event.

We’ve provided these services for ALL KINDS of events that include: Themed and charity 5k’s, mountain bike races, road cycling crits, trail runs, stair climbs, triathlons, duathlons, mud run’s and fun runs such beer, donut, and nighttime glow runs.

We believe that to be happy & healthy you have to KEEP MOVING AND STAY ACTIVE, at any age or stage of your life & we love to celebrate with athletes of all kinds as they cross the finish line.

We are both members of a local cycling team, both sit on several Boards of Directors and are Race Directors for the Tour de Dirt Oklahoma mountain bike race series, which is the official USA Cycling (USAC) State Mountain Bike Championship Series for Oklahoma. We are also USAC Officials and Safe Sport Certified.

Logistics Planning

We work with races of all sizes and can provide you with expert guidance on how to structure your race course, pre-register participants, manage race day entries, handle the start and finish lines, post results, and give out prizes.

Many times, how people move through a logical, well-organized process can be influenced by the placement of registration tables, the location of chip pick-up, sponsorships and sponsor recognition, volunteer placement, and late registration policies. This is essential if you want to start your event on time and have the data available to correctly score the race.
