Oklahoma Race Company (formerly Oklahoma Outside Events) provides electronic chip timing and quick & accurate results for 5k’s, triathlons, mountain biking, road cycling races and all other types of race events.
We are based in Norman, Oklahoma and have done events all over Oklahoma as well as in other states. We do not limit our services to Oklahoma and love to travel. Our team has over 20 years of experience in successfully timing races and creating a fun start/finish line atmosphere, and we have owned our own timing company for over 6 years.

Debbie Uglean
Co-Owner Debbie Uglean is a born & raised Okie. “Having extensive experience in public relations, program and project management and oversight, marketing and promotions, leadership, and fundraising for groups such as the Combined Federal Campaign, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, Habitat for Humanity, Kiwanis Club, Special Olympics, Leaders of Tomorrow and various other Boards of Directors and committees, I am honored to be able to continue to give back to communities through our company and our services. I have my Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and my Master of Science in Management, both from SNU.”
Tom Uglean
Co-Owner Tom Uglean is a Cal Okie, having moved to Oklahoma from California in the late 80’s. Tom is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Management Information Systems. Tom has years of leadership and Board of Director experience including years as a Boy Scout leader, and has been instrumental in the success of several Boy Scouts advancing to Eagle Scouts. Tom is our technical guy and has MacGyver like skills when it comes to race data and timing equipment, as he’s been in several sticky & at times funny race day situations. Tom is a cyclist and enjoys enduro and downhill mountain bike racing and riding.
